Job Description :
- Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Configuration, development (Journey builder, Content builder, Contact builder, Audience builder and Automation etc.), Reports and Dashboards, Integration, and Data Migration
- Email Studio knowledge - A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves, SMS - short code and long code configuration and testing.
- Overall Data Model understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud inclusive of table entities like - Contacts, Leads, Response, Account, Product/s and other Data Extension tables.
- Good to have strong basics in Social Studio integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Involving account setup, tracking and closing the marketing loop
- Having knowledge on development best practices - Agile, Hybrid, etc.
- Experience on Amp script coding. Good to have other scripting knowledge like JS, etc.HTML, CSS, knowledge preferable for cloud pages design
- Strong expertise in SQL for reporting and analysis
- Good to know custom block SDK development for SFMC
- Should have the required knowledge for configuring mobile push notifications and troubleshooting
- Analytical tools knowledge to interpret and analyze web interactions
- Mandatory to be Salesforce Email certified specialist and MC Consultant certified
- Knowledge on API-REST and SOAP for out of the box SFMC and Integration concepts
- Good to have knowledge on new modules - Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio and DMP
