Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-5 yrs) (Jobszonenow)

Responsibilities :

- Develop, integrate and deploy omni-channel solutions on Salesforces across voice, email, text and chat

- Leverage AI, analytics and automation to push the boundaries of Salesforce and help clients enhance customer engagement and optimize agent performance

- Oversee the end-to-end feature/product lifecycle from design to development to deployment

- Develop high-quality, production ready code on top of Salesforce using Apex programming language, Visualforce, and the Salesforce API framework

- Design and develop seamless UI/UX to maximize agent performance

- Integrate Salesforce with other applications across marketing, e-commerce, service, and reporting

- Build scalable and performance services and frameworks on top of the Salesforce platform and API framework

- Adopt and refine solid design principles and code base standards

- Participate in architectural initiatives, balancing long-term platform velocity with short-term customer needs

- Analyze issues, identify root cause, and define mitigation plan or problem resolution

- Constantly learn and apply new ideas and technologies

- Develop and ensure security best practices and compliance

- Help improve production support across all solutions at scale

- Deliver products with speed and the highest levels of quality

- Introduce new ideas and philosophies centered around scale and standardization

- Find yourself obsessively saying: workflows, automation, APIs, Apex

Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience with Salesforce development and administration

- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field

- Highly proficient with Salesforce development frameworks: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and Salesforce APIs

- Extensive experience with best practices for architectural design on Salesforce ecosystem

- Experience working with Salesforce managed packages and applications

- Experience developing web services/applications that integrate with Salesforce API framework a plus

- Experience with other programming languages and application frameworks, especially on Java, a plus

- A strong adherence to software engineering best practice which enable building world class products, including unit testing, modular code, right abstractions, continuous integration mindset, etc.

- Experience working in scrum/agile development environment

- Ability to work collaboratively with a sense of urgency while still maintaining high level of quality

- Ability to problem-solve in a solution-oriented manner
