Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect/Senior dev

Required Technical Skills and Experience :

- Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Application Architect; preferably Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- More than 12 years of working experience in IT/Software Development

- More than 7 years of experience in the role of Salesforce Architect with experience on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com platform

- Minimum 5 years- experience implementing technical solutions in the Financial Services industry; preferably in the Capital Markets domain

- Minimum 2 years- experience on Einstein Analytics (now Tableau CRM); preferably Einstein Analytics and Discover Consultant Certified

- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- Lead the implementation of multiple scalable, compatible and high performance Salesforce implementations

- Owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, data architecture, solution architecture, governance and custom development)

- Able to, - dig into- Declarative and Programmatic development with the development team, as and when needed

- Expert level knowledge on the end to end Salesforce Development lifecycle - Environment and Release Management - and supporting lifecycle tools

Required Management Skills and Experience :

- This role will be responsible for managing and leading the complete off-shore team, on a day to day basis

- Ability to communicate upwards with the IT and Business management on the progress of technical implementations

- Ability to manage a team of Salesforce designers and developers in an on-shore / on-shore model

- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, with oversight of work, direction of technology and solution design

- Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
