Job Description :
- The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. The Salesforce Developer will also play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the Salesforce CRM.
- You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications and integrations. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- In dept understanding of the capabilities and constrains of Salesforce.com Platform
- Provide customizations, development, enhancements, and support for salesforce application
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code and Triggers
- Ensure the best possible quality of the application
- Identify opportunities for sales automation
- Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Hands on experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce pages, integrations and modification of standard objects and fields
- Preferably minimum 2 years AdTech engineering experience, working with SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, and/or digital media Order Management Systems
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Data import wizard Force.com IDE)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Must be English fluent with strong oral and written communications skills
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification would be a plus point
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's in computer science is preferred
