1. 5 years' experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Project Manager

2. Experience with salesforce.com serving/consulting organization as project manager

3. Good knowledge of service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

4. Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience

5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

6. Define project schedules, allocate resources, scope and time management

7. Manage project budget and resource allocation.

8. Project monitoring and health reporting

9. Manage one or more projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyse their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce

10. Manage multiple teams working on different projects and track the project timelines.

11. Managing and ensuring that all potential risks are properly communicated to all stakeholders

12. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

13. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

14. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

15. Organised and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Stand-up, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review and Retrospective. Giving direction and support to project team

16. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

17. Experience in client relationship management, project co- ordination and delivery management in an onsite- offshore model

18. Expertise in end-to-end implementation of various projects including designing and implementation of software apps also implement quality management procedures and systems.

19. Good interpersonal skills with all the stakeholders like fellow team members and development managers

20. Excellent client-facing communication skills
