Qualitrix - Test Engineer - Salesforce Service Cloud (4-10 yrs) (Qualitrix Technologies pvt ltd)

Job Description :

- Previous Experience in CRM, Salesforce/Service Cloud would be preferred.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-driven development methodologies in Mobile and Web Digital apps in Weekly/Bi-weekly sprints.

- Should have experience in SQL Server. Ability to construct SQL queries for data testing, analyze test data using SQL queries.

- Good Knowledge in Salesforce-Service cloud.

- Must have knowledge on defect tracking tools like TFS, JIRA, Bugzilla etc and strong experience in defect management and able to participate in bug triages.

- Excellent understanding in SDLC, STLC and experience in setting up end to end QA for any product or any Digital products/apps.

- Experience in defining detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, Test scenarios, test cases and measurement technique.

- Experience in testing web and mobile applications. Define and perform various test functions - Black Box, User Acceptance Testing, Functional, and Regression, End to End testing.

- Well versed with Usability, Functional, System, Regression, Localization and Smoke/Sanity testing,

- Knowledge on Automation selenium is preferred.

- Exposure on API tools like Soap UI, Postman, Rest is preferred.

- Good knowledge Web and Mobile Application and its basic architecture
