Job Description : Salesforce Manager (Experience - 12 to 15 years)

1. Experience in ERP Implementations with good working experience in Salesforce

2. Knowledge in Application Integrations, foresee technical challenges and ensure integrations points are stable with no single point of failure

3. High level understanding on Connected App in Salesforce and different ways of authorize access to Salesforce from different legacy systems

4. Ability to manage different legacy system integration with Salesforce using API, Mulesoft, ESB, Gateways, Live Chat,

5. Should be able to review the Technical design / Business Requirement from the Integration perspective and apply appropriate Integration mechanism between two systems

6. Good to have Shipping Domain Knowledge

7. Good to have PMP/Prince 2 Certification would be added advantage but should be aware of the Project Management Concepts

8. Good in People Management and should have handled mid-size of 5 to large-size teams (30+)

9. Should be Very Strong in Communication to handle various Legacy System Stake holders

10. Should work closely with Business teams in arriving at the Integration requirements and should be able to steer the implementation based on the prioritization with quantifiable business benefits.

11. Establish project metrics, track and report periodically to Management and other Project Stake holders.

12. Work closely with QA team in ensuring the appropriate quality process are adhered
