About Process

- Responsible for managing users; e.g. setting up new users; deactivating users who leave the organization; password resets; monitoring log-in activity.

- Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.

- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.

- Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.

- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

- Providing support for Pardot including campaign creation and analytics reporting.

- Conducts training on Salesforce for new users and refreshers for existing users.

- Building customized reports and/or editing existing reports.

- Transition users from - Classic UI- to - Lightning UI- and able to support both platforms.

Requirement

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Possess extensive knowledge and has strong command of the administration features of Salesforce.com.

- Possess knowledge and strong command of the features of Pardot.

Education / Experience

- Graduation with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

- Must have SalesForce.com and / or other technical certifications.

- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Experience customizing other software systems especially CRM software (SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.)
