We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated - Senior Salesforce developer- to be part of our fast-growing team with strong experience and a strong technical background (should be hands-on technically) and experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Candidates must be able to write clean code, develop a neat User Interface, adhere to best practices, be process oriented and above all, do a good job at documenting the work done. The candidate must be able to assist in developing clients Salesforce web applications and suggest improvements, security needs, best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Overall technical responsibility for the salesforce projects

- Allocation of development tasks to the team

- Take on development of key modules in the application

- You will be responsible for day-to-day development tasks across the Software Development Life Cycle assigned to your juniors.

- Code review on a regular basis and ensuring code quality and adherence to company coding standards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Force.com development with strong focus on Apex and Visualforce

- Extensive experience in leading all technical aspects of delivering a Salesforce Project

- Should have hands on experience in building Salesforce custom lightning components

- Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce with integration (Soap/ REST/ Web services) and data migration

- Experience desired in using data migration solutions (Apex Data Loader, DB Amp etc.) and integration tools (web API)

- Experience with CPQ and billing modules is a must

- Should have good understanding of Salesforce Capabilities and constraints

- Salesforce Lightning Inspector

- Ant Migration Tool

- Developer Console

- Salesforce CLI

- Salesforce Extensions for VS Code

- Should have exposure to advanced structure programming (Apex, force.com, Java/ .NET)

- Should be able to lead and resolve technical queries of Project team (Customization, integration and Support)

- Should have strong analytical skills

- Certification Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

- Exposure to work in Agile environment is desirable

- Strong Object Oriented concepts

- Application architecture designing

- Good command over spoken and written English

- Organized and detail oriented

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Force.com development

- Prior experience with Apex and Visualforce is a must

- Must have experience in using Triggers, Components, Classes, Workflows, Approvals, Reports and Dashboards

- Must be up to date with features in latest releases in Salesforce platform

- Should have experience with full lifecycle development of at least 3-4 medium to large scale projects end to end. I.e. from inception to deployment.
