Basic Qualifications :
- Responsible for the development of Salesforce.com software solutions include leading the creation of high-quality APEX code.
- Expert knowledge of the Technologies used within Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrable directly-related experience of software development in a commercial environment.
- Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills to deliver solution services in a critical to business operational environment.
- Practical working experience of applying agile development approaches, methods, including release and sprint planning and execution.
- Ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
- Proven ability to manage others and mentor junior staff.
- Coordinate activities across development teams to ensure quality and timely releases.
- Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders.
- Design and track relevant metrics for releases.
- Assist the Product team in release note management.
- Assist Development Management in velocity tracking.
- Coordinate Branching and Merging strategies with development and QA teams.
- Drive release process improvement initiatives.
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect the schedule or release scope.
- Creates release deployment run books and rollback contingency.
