Job Summary:
The Sr. Business Analyst/ Product Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of one or more digital products by providing direction to a multidisciplinary delivery team.
- Conducts and facilitates workshops with business partners to gather requirements for complex business procedures while providing best business practices knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding or enterprise resource planning systems and possess business process expertise and leverage this knowledge to design and deliver the necessary solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver CRM and ERP Capabilities on Microsoft Dynamics platform
- Deliver the business requirements delivered through configurations, customizations and iteratively improve it through several delivery cycles
- Develop an expert understanding of the users- needs and champion these in the delivery of business requirements on the CRM/ ERP platform
- Define, explain and iterate a product vision that is compelling to your users, internal team and stakeholders
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs, writing good user stories and making decisions based on data
- Engage with users and stakeholders through a range of channels to encourage take-up and use of the product
- Articulate the multiple departments- business processes and help people see their role within it
- Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration as it relates to the Company's internal business processes.
- Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions on business processes

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Involved in at least 2 full cycle implementations of CRM / ERP solution
- Experience of product management and business analysis with a passion for shipping and evolving great digital products by leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of creating, maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs to direct the work of a delivery team
- Experience of engaging with users and turning user insight into product improvements
- Have strong verbal, written and visual communication skills that you are able to tailor to the needs of the audience
- 6 years minimum as a business analyst; 2 minimum in a senior role.
- Advanced knowledge in the following business process areas:
1. Marketing and Sales automation: Lead to Order
2. CRM
3. Project Services automation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills a must
- D365 CRM advance knowledge or equivalent ERP system, i.e., Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft
