- Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, Reports, Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots, Case Management Automation, Custom Objects.

- Completed 4 Certification is Salesforce, Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Developer Dev 401, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator ADM 211, Salesforce Certified App Builder

- Certification is Salesforce, Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Developer Dev 401, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator ADM 211, Salesforce Certified App BuilderWork on tickets/Cases raised by Salesforce Premier Clients.

- Troubleshooting the issues based on tickets raised about CRM performance. Completing requirements pertaining to the setup customization. Completing requirements in terms of configuration framework.
