Role : Solution Architect
- Define solution architecture for customer engagement and global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of marketing technologies including Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore, Site Search, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Oracle Responsys and more.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- See through the architecture, implementation and of complex digital products including apps, sites and more
- Works with vendors and ensures enterprise level governance is followed through
- Managing Stakeholders from various Lines of Business, C-suite and IT. Also, understanding the outcome driven approach to technology which is aligned with business is a must
- Ensures that Quality process are in place and the product comes with acceptable level of quality
- Works with likes of Microsoft, Salesforce, Google and many more to figure out creative ways to solve business and technology problems
- Manages and works with team of in-house architects
Required Qualifications and Experience :
EXPERIENCE :
- 13 to 16 years of experience in Marketing technologies like CMS, eCommerce Platforms, marketing campaigns, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing cloud or similar
- Able to drive Innovation and Next Gen Architecture, like micro services, Voice Search, application of face recognition and such
- Has worked on and implemented at least one of the popular Search engines with CMS like Elastic Search, Solr, GSA or Lucene
- Deep understanding of Generic Java technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries
- Involved in doing extensive Performance and Security testing for Websites and App based digital platforms. Understands Load model creation, OWASP top 10 and other related concepts
- Worked on integrations with popular products /Technologies like Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, API Gateways using Rest and SOAP frameworks like Apache CXF and Jersey
- Ample knowledge and exposure in Frontend techs to drive client discussions and recommend options based on client needs.
- Should be able to understand PWA, Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, and Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery.
- Strong in Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or Google), preferably certified in one of these
- Taking a lead in recommending the solution considering quality properties of the system like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Monitoring (Squid, Nagios, Zabbix, Ganglia, App Dynamics, New Relic etc.), Scalability, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture
- Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
- Have managed multiple vendors and have worked to create solutions
- Understands or have implemented state of the art solutions including SPA, PWA, micro-services, predictive analytics, modeling using python or R, IBM Watson and similar
