What You'll Do:

- You'll work with others to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.

- You'll ensure delivery of High Quality, Scalable and Extensible systems and applications on-time and on-budget

- You'll build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team.

- You'll collaborate with other business teams within the organization to provide efficient robust solutions to the problems.

- You'll brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and Frontend Engineers on your team to conceptualize and build new features for our large (and growing!) user base.

- You'll mentor other engineers and deeply review code.

- You'll improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes. Provide end to end solution and design details

What you should have

- You- ve been building web applications professionally for 4-7 years of industry experience in software development for a Full-stack environment.

- Hands on experience in Typescript, React, Node, PostgreSQL.

- You- ve a strong fundamental experience with software release processes, staged rollouts, A/B experiments with user research

- You can contribute to technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions within your team.

- You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.

- You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.

- You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, and information retrieval.

- You have completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

- You're proficient with third party integrations like Stripe, RazorPay, Salesforce, Airtable.

- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others- and understand why we're big fans of their work
