Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force (5-15 yrs) (10x10 Solutions)

We are looking for experienced Salesforce.com Architects who have strong technical and functional competencies with a wide variety of project/product development experiences in the Salesforce.com modules.

1. Individuals must have a proven track record of solution delivery, scoping, leadership abilities and change management experience in the CRM space.

2. The Architects will work independently and must be capable of managing in a complex matrix global business environment. They should be able to interact with stakeholders across geographies.

Technical Skill requirements :

1. Must be well versed with the Salesforce.com overall platform architecture, related integration aspects, overall design methodologies, principles & processes

2. Must have work experience in the capacity of Sr architect in design & delivery of complex business solutions

3. Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visual force technologies. Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.

4. Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.

5. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
