Salesforce Developer - SOQL/SOSL/Lightning Design System (6-10 yrs) (Podium Systems Pvt Ltd)

The right candidate :

- Responsible for designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce platform.

- Hands on development on the salesforce platform - enhance custom objects, develop Visual Force pages, APEX classes, defining workflows and SOQL, creating Lightning components.

- Apply knowledge of Salesforce Lightning security and performance features.

- Effectively collaborate with project team to understand the requirements, analyze them and apply new technologies to implement optimal solutions.

Skill Set :

Primary skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and understand data

- Strong programming fundamentals

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Development Platform (Hands on experience in Lightning)

- Hands-on experience with Java Programming

- Ability to forge strong relationships and coordinate effectively with multiple parties

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely

- Detail oriented and organized

- Experience working in a virtual or global team

- Self-starter and ability to multitask with a - can-do-attitude-

Good to have skills :

- Good to have familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.

- Follow modern Dev-Ops process using Git and Continuous Integration tools.

- Good to have experience in the Financial Industry.

- Experience with Analytics, Statistics or Visualization technologies will be an added plus

- Experience with Tableau

- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell-scripting and Excel
