Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist - Campaign Management System (5-10 yrs) (Mindsoft India)

We have some urgent opening for Salesforce Marketing Consultant role with one of our US Based IT MNC client.

Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Pune

- 5+ years of experience in ExactTarget/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

- Experience with Journey Builder Automation, various studios, builders and Marketing Cloud setup and configuration

- Proficient in Amp script, Contact builder and content builder. Awareness of developing AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.

- Expertise in Campaign Orchestration, Life cycle programs and personalization

- Hands on experience in creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, content strategies and triggered sends

- Expertise in Marketing data optimization and List cleansing

- Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud email tracking and reporting capabilities

- Analyze the effectiveness of Digital Marketing deliverables, measures against objectives and reports results.

- Flawless delivery of daily campaigns, troubleshoot issues that arise and implement solutions to mitigate future problems

- Leverage AMP script and SSJS for dynamic content to include information from data extensions in emails and to update data extensions with information from Cloud Pages landing pages.

- Awareness of base security considerations roles and access controls for users and data controls for campaigns

- Set-up Marketing Cloud for customers including - build email templates; set-up prospects and campaigns; design and set-up various Marketing Cloud studio journeys; design web pages using Cloud Pages

- Excellent communication and good Business understanding of Digital Marketing

- Hands-on experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, JASON and jQuery

- Hands-on experience with databases, SQL and data structures

- Experience working with large data sets and databases Understanding of CAN SPAM email regulatory compliance GDPR Knowledge of SOAP APIs REST APIs and integration techniques

- Understanding of cross browser and front-end development issues and render testing ie Litmus or Email on Acid

- Flexible to time demands at initial level of engagement is required with good interactive skills.

- Participate in usability and accessibility testing for communications Build test report and monitor journeys Execute development and advanced configuration activities within the platform Identify project risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve issues

- Ability to form partnerships with various stakeholder's product managers and Investigate and resolve bugs issues related to CRM initiatives
