Development Manager - Client Services Domain (10-15 yrs) (Recruitment Firm)

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Delivery Management (~70% of the time)

- Billing utilization target of at least 16-20 hours per week

- Thought leader, mentor and manager to ensure team focus on necessary standards, design elements and process approach to deliver usable and scalable quality solutions.

- Pre-sales support and estimation

- Task Management

- Setting and managing priorities for the team

- Streamlining work from multiple project managers for multiple customers

- Critical decision making

- Establishing and ensuring best practice DevOps process standards

- Setting realistic and appropriate expectations and managing perception with stakeholders

- Proactive and diligent communication

- Establish and manage necessary reporting mechanisms to provide insights on team performance

- Contribute as Technical Lead or Technical Architect as required

- Ensure best practices and standards are followed by the team

- Help evaluate the use of asset & components from design/code library

- Help create a list of potential assets that can be contributed to the design/code library

- Resource Management (~30% of the time)

- Define project allocations across the team of Developers, Technical Leads, Technical Architects and Quality Analysts

- Ramp up allocated resources with the necessary knowledge, skills, and expectations for smooth kickoff

- Monitor weekly assignments, schedules, and timecards. Ensure utilization targets of all resources in your team are met

- Manage back-ups or alternative resources - on-demand basis, during PTOs or during unexpected events

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources

- Design and drive programs to target optimum billability for reaching SL100 milestone

Profile:

- Experience: 10 - 15 years, majorly (at least 8 years) in consulting.

- Experience in managing complete service delivery/project teams and delivers based on commitments.

- Provided technical solutioning leadership for scoping, estimation, plan, execute and track deliverables on projects.

- Experience with the offshore/dual shore model and delivering quality solutions

- Experience in investigating cross-functional business processes and envision the possibility of new or optimized business needs. Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders.

- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. Have an adaptable, flexible and willing attitude towards learning new domain capabilities depending on the circumstances or requirements presented.

- Proven experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Force.com Platform, Salesforce Community Cloud & Lightning, Health Cloud.

Mandatory:

- Minimum 5 years of Consulting experience background is mandatory

- Minimum 10 - 15 years total experience

- Minimum 8 years SFDC

- PD2 certification mandatory
