Responsibilities : Work on configuration and customization of Salesforce platform based workflow

Required Skill-Set :

- Well-versed with Visio, Powerpoint, Ms-Word..etc documentation tools.

- Good understanding of business processes specific to the BFSI domain.

- Exhaustive hands-on SOQL, SOSL Queries

- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant

- Integration experience- Web Services/ REST APIs must have.

- Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE

- Reading SFDC platform logs,

- Lightening, Apex Class, LWC, VisualForce, Process Builder, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Record-Types, Job Scheduling, User Setup, Profile, Role, Apex Data Loader, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Assignment Manager, Queues, Permission-Sets, Sharing Rules, Approvals, Web Services (Rest API, Soap API);

- Javascript, CSS/HTML

- Community licenses & its configurations experiences.

- Change Sets, Salesforce Application migration from the lower environment (UAT) to production environment, Good to have Heroku Hands-on

- Custom Objects/Fields, Sharing rules, Application configurations, Email Request/Response, Attachments, Connected Apps, Google API Integrations, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Heroku, SFDC CTI, etc.
