Salesforce LWC Lead - Lightning Component Framework (7-13 yrs) (CliqHR Recruitment Services)

We are currently looking for Salesforce LWC Lead.


Required Experience : 8+ Years

Notice period : 15 to 30 Days Max.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :


- Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce.com solution

- Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations.

- Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc

- Implementation experience on LWC is mandatory.

- Working knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components),Events, PubSub Model, Aura PubSub Model, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods, Usage of Apex Classes with Wire and imperative Calls.

- LDS in both LWC and Aura Components.

- Using Visual Studio Code, Authorize Dev Hub, Creating Scratch Orgs

- Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Components, Custom Settings, Workflow Rules, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Roles, Profiles, Organization Wide Defaults and Sharing rules, Reports and Dashboards and other Salesforce.com standard features.

- Creation of Mock Test Classes for HttpCallout clasess, WebService Call Out classes

- Worked in Inbound, Outbound Services in both Web Services and REST API.

- Using Post Man, SOAP tools for Integration.

- Have good working knowledge in querying Sales force database using SOQL & SOSL queries using Force.com Explorer.

- Maintain user roles, security controls, creating shared security rules, profiles, workflow rules, creation of new users, custom fields, Modifying standard layouts.

- Defining Custom Profiles, User Permissions and created Custom Sharing Rules for Record owners with - Read-only- Permissions granting client-requested Create/Read/Update/Delete capabilities.

- In this role, he/she is responsible for working with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution.

- Ensure Production SF support team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same

- In addition to coding and development activities, this technical lead will play a crucial role in various aspects of the Salesforce.com integration and implementation including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

- He/She will lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution.

- He/she will guide and mentor developers and always communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks

- Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives

- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the SF application environment.

- Communicate development status on a regular basis to SMD, Application Development and stakeholders, escalating any identified risks

- Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges

- Experience architecting complex largescale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications

Skills and Qualifications :


- At least 3+ of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third-party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment

- At least 5+ years development experience developing in multi-tier environment, preferably using Java

- Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com implementation/integration project

- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model

- MDM experience a plus

- Demonstrated team building and project management skills.

- Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reports preferred

- Experience in Agile development methodologies

- Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication skills

- Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Excellent mentor and coach

- Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC)

- Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a mandate.
