ServiceNow Developer - ITIL/ITSM (10-20 yrs) (Recruitment Firm)

Must Have:

- Total: 10+ years

- Able to perform ServiceNow System Administration tasks

- Familiar with the latest ServiceNow release features and capabilities

- Lead release upgrade

- Workflow Orchestration

- Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows, forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to
meet business requirements using Agile methodologies

- Rapidly prototype new solutions based on user requirements

- Collaborate with team members, to understand the requirements and design solutions by following the industry
best practices

- Build test scripts and perform unit testing for various business case scenarios, and support User Acceptance tests
and implementation on production.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other on-premise and cloud Applications if needed

- Integrate other client ServiceNow instances with internal instance

- Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects.

- Support, develop and configure ServiceNow for Customer Service Portal, Incident, Problem, Change management,
Asset Management, Configuration Management and Service Catalog.

- Ensure proper maintenance, administration, version upgrades, performance issues for ServiceNow application.

- Serve as technical expert of ServiceNow platform

- Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices.

- Deliver detailed TDD (Technical Design Document) for all the solutions worked on.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities :

- Work cross-functionally to integrate ServiceNow with key business applications such as Tableau, Veeva (based on Salesforce platform), etc.

- Some exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Expertise in Javascript, XML, Webservices

- Knowledge in Ajax, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, jQuery is a big plus

- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Strong creative problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications :

- Certification in ServiceNow Administration and / or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules

- Thorough understanding of Customer support/ITIL/ITSM processes
