SFDC Administrator - Incident Management (5-8 yrs) (Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd)

Job Description :

The person will be responsible for representing and bridging between stakeholders and SFDC development teams, offering personalized support tailored to the business necessities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, page layouts, queues, and other Salesforce.com (SFDC) setup options as needed. Including but not limited to the creation of sharing rules, territory management, reports, and data analysis.

- Manage Salesforce CRM application including support requests, reports, and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

- Support data mass loading, issue analysis, testing support, etc. Including assisting in new/revised price load in SFDC/Apttus, set up new products in SFDC/Apttus, any UAT or testing needed for new or existing configurations, as well as incident management.

- Gather requirements from the business and facilitating effective communication and resolution between stakeholders and the development team. Due to acquired knowledge and understanding of business needs, this person will be able to facilitate the process. This will include for e.g. promotion set up in Apttus, SFE projects in SFDC, improvements in CRM setup, new solutions for support teams, etc. Tasks linked to this includes defining stories (with corresponding tickets), prioritizing on backlog and sprints on behalf of the business- priorities.

- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements to drive SFE and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.

- Assist with a revision to SFDC fields; drop-down fields and simple coding of existing SFDC setup and future enhancements.

- Liaison for Sales Ops with Insight Apps team on technical requirements and help assess the impact on Insight Apps, when new fields or changes are deployed in SFDC.

- Demonstrate, collaborate, and share expertise to educate surrounding team members to increase the collective knowledge of the team.

- Work on e-contracts using DocuSign and X-Author.

- Update and maintain the process documentation.

- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.

Eligibility :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Around 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and development experience.

Certifications in any of the below are good to have.

- Salesforce Administrator

- Platform App Builder

- Sales cloud consultant

- Service cloud consultant

- Experience with data imports and migrating data between sandboxes, promoting up through sandbox structure.

- Experience in APTTUS CPQ/DocuSign is an added advantage.

- Demonstrated experience in service cloud and sales cloud functionality.
