Role and Responsibilities:

- Data Migration from all the NAA Legacy Systems( Mainframe, Custom .NET Apps and other type of legacy data sources ) to Salesforce system with responsibilities including data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution with data quality.

- Plan the efforts and estimates for the technical work that must be done for all the modules.

- Involve in requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing of data migration and validation/quality tools.

- Design and provide solutions for migration process automation and reporting for Data Migration team.

- Co-ordinate with business regional GPOs for mapping the data between legacy systems and the Sales and Service clouds( Salesforce).

- Validate the alignment of solutions and ensure standardization, simplification and harmonization of the solutions and migration of data from multiple legacy systems to Salesforce

- Provide support to resolve any technical issues during and after the implementation by working with stake holders & other support teams.

- Involve in mapping the data against the fields available in each report.

Experience and expectations :

- 5+ years of overall experience

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce data management and data model

- Data migration experience to Salesforce using Data Loader

- SQL
