Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework (5-12 yrs) (Job Mantras)

Skills and Responsibilities

- 4-5 years of extensive experience with Salesforce in a high growth environment

- Experience with implementing Support Portal (Community portal), Service Console, Lightning components are required

- Experience writing with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and using Web UI frameworks within Visualforce pages and/or Lightning components

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation skills with good command on salesforce Custom Objects, Apex programming, Controllers, Triggers, Configuration, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, lightning, SOQL, REST APIs, web services and migration tools.

- Thorough knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings etc)

- Advanced Salesforce knowledge and experience with Classic and Lightning components

- Thorough understanding of the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and code coverage.

- Knowledge of SFDC configuration including use of data loader, Salesforce for Outlook, and other third-party tools

- Experience with data migration in and out of SFDC for objects

- Experience on SFDC business workflow

- Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX

- Strong background in Salesforce Lightning development, SDLC, and Salesforce communities

- Experience building Salesforce integrations and 3rd-party applications and APIs with the Salesforce platform

- Knowledge of the Salesforce test framework, test-driven development (TDD), and iterative development

- Salesforce Certifications Dev 401 (ADM201 is also preferred)

- Ability to balance multiple projects spread across multiple teams

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Thorough understanding of the constraints of Salesforce platform, (i.e. governor limits) and best practices in delivering business requirements in the context of those constraints

- Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards and Deployment

- Focus on development/ improvement of framework to support repeatable and scalable solutions
