Salesforce Business Analyst/Tester - Salesforce Testing (4-9 yrs) (Digitech Insights)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Analyst

- Convert requirements into Functional Specs

- Document functional specs in MS word, Power point or other MS office tools

- Develop manual test cases in case required and execute them

-0 Support and guide business users during UAT

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 6+ years overall QA / testing experience

- 4+ years of Salesforce Testing experience

- 1+ years of Salesforce Admin experience ( nice to have)

- Excellent Salesforce functional experience. Understand Sales and Service processes in Salesforce.

- 2+ years- experience working in Agile projects
