Business Analyst (0-3 yrs) (Warpdrive Techworks)

WarpDrive Tech Works is looking for candidates with good knowledge about Salesforce and excellent communication skills to join our Business Analyst (BA) program.

BA's collaborate with our client's business to deliver business-led Salesforce solutions that help them adapt to their unique challenges and opportunities. Each incoming analyst is provided with a range of project opportunities to develop their skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as analyst and future leader at WarpDrive Tech Works.

The primary responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to interpret, understand, document and communicate the business requirements of a client. The Analyst will need to be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and will need to be able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. The Analyst should be able to cons recommendations and document Business Related Document based on business data and Salesforce knowledge.

Key role and Responsibilities include : 

- Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand and define business requirements.

- Work within an agile environment to develop and document detailed business, functional technical requirements.

- To maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for further growth.

- Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to design solutions and complete user stories.

- Write and work with clients on complete user acceptance testing stories.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Any BA or Salesforce Knowledge/Certification will be an added advantage.
