ProcDNA - Veeva Developer - CRM/Salesforce Platform (3-7 yrs) (ProcDNA)

What we are looking for :

We are looking for a Veeva Developer to join our team. You are someone who has the technical expertise on Veeva and salesforce. Has an understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes. Has the ability to understand the CRM data model and articulate solutions that are scalable.

What you'll do :

- Configure and admin experience with Veeva Commercial suite (CRM, Vault, Network) or Salesforce.com. Must also understand integration capabilities across the products in the suite. 


- Have Enterprise integration experience, including Java or Informatica development.

- Can review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.

- Configure and Develop custom objects, layouts, reports, CLM functions in the Veeva platform. 


- Analyze the CRM Data and develop data migration plans from legacy systems into the Veeva platform.

- Extensive experience with Configuring and Developing custom objects, layouts, reports, CLM functions in the Veeva platform.

- Develop and implement innovative solutions along with coaching, guiding, and mentoring Associates on teams.

Must have :

- At least 4-7 years of CRM experience preferably in Veeva, minimum 2-3 years in Salesforce.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with strong academic performance.

- Ability to work on and manage multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality-focused approach.

- Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and Business analytical skills.

- Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) - Sales Business Process

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently.

- SFDC Developer Certifications or Architect Certification is a big plus.

- Veeva Admin certification is preferred.
