JOB DESCRIPTION

- Working with business users on Salesforce implementation projects, should understand designing and integrating the overall Omni channels experience to the end customers, should be able to understand user requirements needs including design, configuration, and testing activities, Provide consulting around best practices in Salesforce in the following areas - Setting up new users and profiles, Custom objects, Reports, Dashboards and Maintaining the overall system, Should be able to work on data migration activities from other systems

- Will work closely with internal and external partners and participate in all phases of any new implementations, Work with end-users to provide best practices on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as, Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed

- Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer Lead providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce CRM Applications

- Must have 1-3Years of SFDC development experience

- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC application.

- Should have hands-on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers, etc.

- Should have a thorough understanding of configuration options.

- Excellent Communication with stakeholders

- Must be aware of Agile model of development

- Strong Documentation skills
