Salesforce Solution Architect - Apex/Javascript (8-12 yrs) (Marktine)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect, with experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, to support us in building next-generation digital CRM tools primarily based on Salesforce. You have the strong technical knowledge, deep analytical skills, and communicate well with stakeholders on all levels.

As a Solution Architect, you will have broad business knowledge, a deep technical knowledge as well as an understanding of how technology supports business value generation. In this Solution Architect role, you will help to bridge the gap between business opportunities/challenges and technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

- Find the best technical fit for the company to solve existing business challenges among the options available

- Document architectural and technical design

- Set the direction for how we optimize our Salesforce ecosystem

- Assist Project Managers in designing the end-to-end project process

- Describe the structure and characteristics of the technical solution to project stakeholders

- Define features and solution requirements

- Oversee the preparation of and execution of development, deployments, and upgrades

- Perform root causes on incidents

Background & Skills :

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred

- Ability to describe application requirements and functionality to IT peers and stakeholders

- 8+ years- experience with Salesforce

- Knowledge of web applications, databases, programming languages, and API Integration

- Experience in working with IT Architecture in large organizations

- Experience with ITIL and TOGAF methodologies

- General knowledge of applications and infrastructure technologies, the building blocks in an IT architecture

- Passionate about technology

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud is a clear advantage
