Head - IT Strategy & Solution Architecture - Salesforce Technologies (13-20 yrs) (Impactqube Consulting)

A Head IT Strategy and Solution Architect will be responsible for owning the overall enterprise architecture of the firm as well as recommending best practice solutions based on organization needs and objectives.

Responsibilities :

1. Design new IT services including designing of new services and recommending changes & improvements to existing ones.

2. Ensuring that the capacity of IT applications is able to deliver the agreed services in a cost-effective and timely manner. Define, analyze, plan, measure and improve all aspects of the availability of IT applications, and ensure that all IT applications, processes, tools, roles, etc. are appropriate for the agreed targets.

3. Define a blueprint for the future development of the technological landscape, considering the service strategy and newly available technologies.

4. Forecasting Technology changes

5. Evaluate new services and product to meet company needs

6. Identify Architecture optimization points

Requirements :

- He should have strong experience in salesforce technologies.

- Also, he should have spent 4-5 years in salesforce on Architect Level.

- And Should have attended the Dreamforce event at least once in their career.

Knowledge :

- PMP and ITIL Knowledge

- Outsourcing / Vendor management

- Understanding of SDLC / Scrum / Agile methodology
