Senior System Analyst - CRM/Salesforce (5-7 yrs) (noon.com)

About the role:

We are seeking a senior system analyst who has a strong acumen to work on CRM platforms/systems. This role would involve owning up two CRM platforms: Zendesk - for seller support workflows and Braze - for all requirements corresponding to seller communication. This is a high impact & high ownership role with an
opportunity to create & design key processes from scratch.

Job Description:

- Create fully-automated & robust Zendesk workflows for seller support function

- Drive workflow automation using triggers, APIs and other tech capabilities

- Identify business need and design workflows to improve process efficiency, drive automation and reduce manual operations across seller support function

- Collaborate with other stakeholders to deliver on time tested and reusable workflows

- Ownership for entire seller communication program including but not limited to content creation,approval, HTML template design to campaign deployment & metrics reporting

- Work closely with the operations & training teams to ensure consistency of communication in campaigns

- Assess and improve the usage of CRM platform and automate daily tasks

Pre-requisites:

- Min 2 - 3 years of hands on experience on at least one of the following CRM tools, working in the

capacity of platform developer/operations:

- Zendesk

- Freshdesk

- Salesforce

- Zoho Desk

- Intercom

- Braze

- moengage

- Mailchimp

- Strong problem-solving skills and strong logical reasoning

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deep dive with a process driven mindset

- Experience working in a high intensity work environment

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to focus on right priorities and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Experience:

5 - 7 years of overall experience with min 2 - 3 years of hands on experience of working on a CRM platform, Engineering graduates preferred
