Salesforce Engineer - Apex/Visual Force/Lightning Component Framework (4-8 yrs) (MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud

- Maintain Salesforce security including integration with our authentication system

- Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows - Maintain and customize case management

- Build custom screens, reports, dashboards, and workflows

- Code custom solutions in Apex

- Maintain database for integrity including duplicate record management

- Backup Salesforce configurations and maintain sandboxes for development and analysis

- Manage the migration of data into Salesforce

Skills and Experience Required:

- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer including Apex programming

- 4+ years of experience in computer software development in a company environment

- Expertise in Salesforce best practices across the platform, including third party tools

- Experience in implementation and configuration of sales and service cloud applications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent

- Background in client account management, with a focus on the Entertainment sector (Major Studios preferred) big plus

- Experience in Lightning components, Visual force pages, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, App Exchange, Integration with third party tools
