Salesforce Change Enablement Consultant
About The Role :
Our rapidly growing Change Enablement team is seeking a Change Enablement Consultant that will play a key role in ensuring Enpersol projects meet our customer's business objectives by preparing the users for the technology. The Change Enablement Consultant is a utility player, who works across a portfolio of projects in collaboration with internal resources and external clients.
The Change Enablement Consultant executes customized change approaches, leveraging our industry-leading methodology and tools to enable successful cloud-based technology deployments. This role will work with project teams to ensure overall project success.

Responsibilities :
- Understand the client's business objectives for the project and associated change enablement issues
- Approach change management as both an art and a science, leveraging proven change methodologies as well as an understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors that influence and drive change and sustained adoption
- Develop trusted relationships with key clients, partners and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with external and internal project teams
- Create and implement instructional design and training utilizing innovative approaches and a variety of mediums and tools
- Support all Change Management/Enablement activities
- Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value
Required Experience and Education :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years experience related to the successful design and delivery of instructional design, content and course development, and multiple forms of media development and deployment
- Understanding of the different adoption approaches needed for successfully deploying applications
- 2+ years successful delivery of change management methodology preferred
- Direct experience with CRM or Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in program design, instructional design, content and course development, and multiple forms of media development and deployment
- Knowledge of eLearning development tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camstasia) is preferred
- Strong proficiency with presentation tools and applications
- Demonstrate ability to work across all areas in an organization and manage various functions and resources
- Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
