Solution Architect - Java/.Net/Salesforce (12-17 yrs) (Vertex Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.)

Position: Salesforce Solution Architect (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role & Requirements:

- 12-17 year experience in Software design and development using Java, .NET or Salesforce

- At least 8+ year experience in Salesforce solution and designing

- Must have experience of at least 3 Salesforce CRM implementations involving assessment, set up, integration, custom development for banks and Insurance companies

- Must have experience of Financial Services Cloud and Community Cloud

- Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live

- Must be able to provide technical mentorship to team and able to troubleshoot issues

- Must have experience of directly working with customer in gathering requirements and translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce

- Perform analysis on customer data and build reports/dashboards based on customer specifications

- Identify best practices, gap areas, and/or any areas of opportunity for improvement in existing process

- Ability to communicate effectively to both the technology and business

- Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, managed and unmanaged packages, complex data model, integration, role hierarchy, sharing and security model

- Knowledge and experience in development methodologies, software design and design patterns, integration standards as well as its applicability at coding and testing cycles

- Knowledge and experience in Software engineering best practices such as: versioning and versioning control, software packaging, software release management and DEVOPS practices and tools

- Able to architect complex integrations between Salesforce and other in-house and third-party systems

- Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
