Salesforce Field Service Manager - SFCC/Sales Cloud (5-10 yrs) (Self Employed)

Responsibilities :

- Serves as the Functional leader for Salesforce Field Service Management projects onsite at client locations

- Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products

- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality

- Define business outcomes and success criteria

- Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution

- Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through the use of Salesforce.

- Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities.

- Create solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows

- Configure the Salesforce solution (clicks not code) while working with our extended team for any needed custom development

- Run 1-3 day Business Process Review workshops with a large number of attendees across disparate groups. Effectively manage the room & agenda to drive understanding of requirements and consensus on the proposed solution

Requirements :

- Salesforce Field Service Management Certification

- 2+ years of successful Field Service implementation experience

- 5+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce preferred)

- Software Consulting experience (Enterprise experience preferred)

- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience (3+ years preferred)

- Expert understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)

- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems

- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills

- Active Salesforce certifications (Strong preference for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning)

- Salesforce Administrative Certification required

- Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements

- Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce

- Active Salesforce Certifications (System/Data Architect strongly preferred)

- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
