Function Description :

- You will be part of a fastpaced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering projects platform supporting our global customer base. Our Engineers that join our Technologies team will be assigned to one of several exciting teams that are responsible for development and management of business critical platforms. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers.

Responsibilities :


- Drive user story analysis and elaboration, design and develop software applications, and test and build automation tools


- Own all technical aspects of software development (architecture, design and development of systems) for assigned applications


- Perform hands-on software development, API specs, doing proof of concepts, conducting code reviews and testing in ongoing sprints


- Drive consistent development practices - tools and common components


- Develop deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains


- Work with technical product managers contributing to blueprints, and assisting with annual planning of feature sets


- Identify opportunities for adopting new technology to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges


- Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design


- Mentor other engineers

Past Experience :


- 4 + years of hands-on Salesforce experience.


- Academic Background Bachelor’s Degree in CS or CSE or Equivalent


Skills/Capabilities :


Functional


- Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills


- Ability to interpret technical /business objectives and challenges


- Porting/Software Configuration


- Agile Methodologies


- Software development/ testing


- Object oriented analysis and design across multiple platform


- Designing High Availability applications


Preferred :


- Product Engineering Knowledge


- Knowledge of payment technologies


- Platform engineering knowledge (e.g Payments/Merchant services/Ecommerce/Supply chain management platforms)


Technical / Platforms :


- Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc.


- Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow etc.


- Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules,


- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning components


- Experience with communities & portals


- Integrate applications with salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST based solutions


- Build future integration points between Salesforce and Custom Applications


- Practical deployment capabilities using ANT migration tools, GitHub, SFDX or other DEVOPS framework.


- Experience with Einstein capabilities such NBA, Wave, Einstein APIs etc


- Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices


- Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales or Service Cloud, CPQ etc.


- Experience with data / informatica will be added advantage


- Analyze, estimate and recommend solutions with in-depth understanding of technology landscape


- Communicate effectively and address technical risks and challenges


- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a 

large matrix organization environment


Preferred :


- Salesforce Admin, PD1 Certified professionals preferred


- Good to have Einstein Experience


- Good to have Finance/Banking domain experience


- Agile Development Experience


- Strong Communication skills


- Ability to work in a team environment
