I. Job Summary :
WM is a leading US MNC is Hiring for SDFC Developers who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications
II. Duties and Responsibilities :
1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
2. Experience in salesforce Lightning components, Aura framework.
3. Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features.
4. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.
5. Meet with functional consultants to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
6. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
7. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
8. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
9. Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
10. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
11. GIT hub,ANTS,Jira knowledge.
12. Some knowledge of automation and CI/CD work experience.
III. Qualifications :
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience in Salesforce Lightning/Classic Development.Apex/Third Party Integration and Service based Components.(in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements :
- Certification in relevant technologies is preferred.
C. Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Technologies: (As per project/Team)
Intermediate knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required :
- Knowledge of enterprise coding standards.
- Hands on experience in writing more complex code.
- Ability to perform code reviews.
- Knowledge of software methodologies.
- Ability to learn new and emerging technologies.
- Ability to lead a group to consensus, solve problems, and accomplish tasks.
- Ability to mentor and train less knowledgeable peers and individuals.
