Job Requirements :
1. Technical Architect (Sales Cloud) will work as an SME for our Sales Performance Management Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud Systems, Data, and Integrations.
2. This role will be Business facing and as part of the engagement will work with the Sales and Marketing Business solution architect and development team to understand the requirements and create technical solutions for them.
3. Own tasks from leading technical requirements gathering and architecture sessions with Business and project teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
4. Advanced understanding of SFDC automation technology including SFDC ecosystem, data models, common integrations, and third-party technology solutions
5. Analyses technical requirements and translates them into implementable SW designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms
6. Should collaborate with Business solution architect on functional and technical design specifications while providing subject matter expertise to the Business and developers throughout the engagement
7. Analyzes ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provides technical estimates that can be used by program owners for cost/benefit analysis. Codes, Develops, Builds, Modifies, Configures, and Proposes detailed Technical Solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.
8. Responsible for prototyping, pilots, and PoC's.
9. Should have hands-on experience as this role requires significant technical experience and abilities with SPM platform, Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, and related cloud technologies
10. Follows agile and/or PM practices
11. Takes care of solution integration and provisioning
12. Designs and implements system security
13. Connects and automates data sources, along with building visualizations
14. Proactively follows the digital market technologies and trends and innovations
15. Provides technical guidance for projects or solution designs
16. Develops, builds, and deploys solution configurations based on tool knowledge and deep technical and software programming and coding skills
17. Tests software and is responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. Performs automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for the purpose. Handles test planning, risk mitigation, and prevention of software issues
18. At least 3 years of experience using SPM, CRM, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Service Applications.
19. Familiar with cloud architecture
