Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and propose software solutions to solve problems.
- Suggest workflow improvements to help streamline processes using technology.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for software developers.
- Support internal QA and testing by enabling them to formulate functional test cases.
- Support dev. team in use case design and implementation on a daily basis
- Must have 1 year of experience in Salesforce
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Be responsible for obtaining deliverables sign-off. Ability to understand business needs and transform that into business and technical functional requirements documentation.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Interacts with departmental Leadership to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
- Must worked on Salesforce technology
