The Job :

In this role, you will build multi-channel marketing journeys (including email, print, phone, and mobile touchpoints) and perform the day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.

You will be responsible for :

- Driving successful campaign execution by collaborating effectively with agile matrixed teams at our clients in the US

- Developing internal standard methodologies by proactively researching and analysing email and mobile engagement statistics.

- Conducting list segmentation and contact management using SQL.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity.

- Managing the digital engagement role for Journeys.

- Communicating clearly and effectively with all members of the team.

- Actively participating in all major technical discussions related to the platform.

- Creating a culture of observability within the team as well as ensuring the performance and stability of the platform.

The Profile :

- You have a Bachelors degree in technology or engineering or related discipline.

- You have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our clients in the US.

- You have at least 5 years of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience.

- You have completed at least 2 full life cycle projects with strong expertise Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

- Additional experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.) will be advantageous

- You have experience working with DMPs (Blue Kai, Rocket Fuel, Trade Desk, etc.) and DSPs (Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math)

- You ideally have a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification, with an understanding of how journeys function in Salesforce Journey Builder.

- You possess strong experiential knowledge of standard methodologies for email, direct mail, SMS, phone call/IVR, and mobile messaging.

- You have worked with marketing, sales and other key stakeholders to drive business success.

- You pay keen attention to details and deliver work of the highest standards

- You are performance-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments

- You are analytical and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
