Job Title : Senior Salesforce Techno-functional (Business Analyst + Developer) Analyst - Energy Sector - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with Project Manager and module leads to maintain and coordinate communication with the team and customer/client/users throughout each project
- Gather, scope and prioritize requirements
- Design and build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and other Force.com applications
- Implement new and maintain existing Apex triggers, classes, Visual Force and Lightning pages
- Develop and maintain interfaces with other applications
- Contribute to architecture discussions/ decisions and help improve development and release management processes.
- Work on functionality of Lightning component framework
- Partner with business users to define, document, and clarify business processes and requirements, and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide great customer service for users across the organization in response to support requests
- Execute change management processes

- Salesforce techno functional professional holding experience working on complex and large salesforce implementations
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Developer
- Knowledge/ experience working on Sales/Service/Marketing and CPQ cloud
- Ability to design and deliver complex software solutions
- Exposure working on Lightning projects
- Experience with external application integration through SOAP and REST APIs
- Demonstrated experience developing in APEX, VisualForce and the new Lightning component framework
- Demonstrated experience with Javascript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery
