Delivery Head - Product/Program Management (14-20 yrs) (Getinz)

We are looking a smart professional for Delivery Head position.

Job Requirements :

- Experience level from 14+ years

- Experienced technology professional with progressive management experience from a delivery, program management and technology standpoint

- Product Development/Management experience expected (be it from Services Company or Product based Company) and NOT ITIL/Infrastructure Implementation experience

- Should have experience managing teams of 70+ across the entire software development lifecycle including architecture, UI/UX Design, Development, QA, Test Automation, DevOps, QAOps, Release Engg, SRE and Support (System Applications includes Server, Storage, Hypervisors, Cloud and DataCenter Technologies).

- Experience in technically managing teams that have delivered projects/products in technologies such as .NET, C++, Java, Python, YAML, Ansible, PowerShell, Go, Scala, Shell Scripting, and React JS.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and client interactions skills

- Manage client expectations/escalations with ease and have really good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Demonstrate excellent people skills and an affable personality while managing a constantly expanding and experienced technology team

- Experience in skill upgradation and career planning for team members as well as conducting performance appraisals for managers and leads

- Experience in effective status reporting to the management team as well as ability to work well with peers in the company to achieve organizational goals

- Entrepreneurial background would be desirable though not necessary

- Diverse experience across both small and large services and product companies would be a big plus

- Experience with Technical Pre-Sales Activities and Innovative POC's which can help us to accelerate the solution architecting process.

Desirable Tools & Technologies Expertise/Experience/Exposure includes but not limited to :

- Dockers, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Openstack, FileSystem, AWS/Azure Cloud Services, SQL, Vertica, ETL, Salesforce, relational and non-relational databases, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, etc.

- Cyperus, Django, VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V and Linux & Windows OS Experience.

- Windows/Powershell/MS SQL/Exchange Server

- MSBI(SQL Server,SSIS,SSRS), Tableau, PHP, Python, Flask
