EdMyst - Oracle Identity Manager - SOA Suite (5-20 yrs) (EdMyst Technology)

Technical Skills :

- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager 11gR2

- Installation and configuration of Oracle products including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle SOA Suite, etc.

- Must have 4+ years programming/scripting experience with Java and Oracle Identity Governance APIs

- Must have 3 years of Oracle Identity Management (OIM) data structures.

- Experience with J2EE application design and development background and experience with Object Oriented programming, Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and XML

- Customize OIM out of box functionality to fulfill business requirements

- Experience creating and implementing custom connectors, reconciliation, and SOA approval workflows

- Implement Event Handlers and Plugins to fulfill business requirements

- Implement custom SOA Composites for OIM approvals

- Prepare and maintain solution and implementation documentation

Preferred Skills :

- An understanding of the inter-dependencies between business and technical environments for identity provisioning, identity infrastructure, authentication and authorization services

- Experience in administration and tuning WebLogic

- SOA-based system development experience.

- Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and XSLT.

- UNIX knowledge including shell scripting and logfile analysis.

- AWS DevOps experience

- Experience working and troubleshooting standard Active Directory, MS Exchange and Office 365 connectors, Scripting/Server/OS hands-on

- OIM Salesforce Connector experience

- OIM SAP Connector experience

- Experience working with Oracle ADF.

- Database experience - Oracle 9i and above version; experience in writing SQLs and stored procedures in an efficient manner

Non-Technical Skills :

- Responsible for ensuring that the corporate IT environment is secure and complies with all internal and external audit requirements

- Participate in delivery and support IAM services by interacting with various business units to design and deliver solutions and support production systems

- An understanding of the interdependencies between business and technical environments for identity provisioning, identity infrastructure, authentication, and authorization services

- Implement security hardening standards by identifying potential security risks in Identity Management systems and available remediation options or mitigating controls

- Ability to analyze, develop and implement complex programming solutions.

- Strong skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues

- Responsible for ensuring corporate Identity Management Systems escalation procedures and response times are established and adhering to

- Ensure Identity Management Systems alignment with established policies and controls

- Experience working with Agile Scrum software development lifecycle process

- Perform other related duties as requested
