Technical Skill Requirements : Java / J2EE, E-commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Role and Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, analyze, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions.
- Be a part of architecture, design, program planning discussions with senior client stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards to measure delivery across all our accounts.
- Bring top-notch consulting or relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
- Take accountability for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and growth.
- Manage multiple global delivery teams.
- Work with onsite and offshore account managers in identifying new opportunities and resource requirements for account growth.
- Responsible and accountable for managing project schedules within the timelines and budget agreed with the client.
- Drive pre-sales activities of new project proposals, like the estimation process, creating presentations, etc.
- Lead business review meetings with the customer.
- Prepare metrics regarding the engagement on a regular basis and present it to the management.
- Act as a single point-of-contact for the account from offshore.
- Should be comfortable in leading and following the groups or teams.
- Build effective relationships with the clients for effective project management.
- Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely fulfillment of resource needs.
- Mentor the next-level leaders.
- Identify the training needs of the account and work with the respective departments to ensure resource readiness.
- Proactively identify project or resource risks and take corrective measures to mitigate the risks for client deliverables.
- Conduct support activities to ensure the maintenance and stability of all applications in scope. The duties include, but are not limited to, ongoing ticket review, communicating the resolution status, impact analysis, end-to-end ticket resolution, etc.
- Carry out leadership activities by guiding the team of developers through the development and support tasks. The duties include, but are not limited to, leading code review discussions, maintaining and communicating the production release schedule, leading touch-base meetings with key stakeholders, participate in the technical design, onboarding developers, etc.
- Execute platform governance activities to ensure safe-use of SFCC / Demandware resources. The duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing / mitigating / resolving of error logs and performance issues, etc.
- Conduct standards and compliance activities for e-commerce applications by ensuring that the team follows web best practices.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience in complex e-commerce implementations like SFCC / Demandware or other e-commerce (Hybris, WebSphere Commerce, etc.) platforms with back-end experience in Java.
- Good understanding of SFCC / Demandware foundational concepts with knowledge of SiteGenesis, UX studio, pipelines, Internet Store Markup Language (ISML) templates, DataWeave Scripts, content assets or slots and Demandware catalog including category and products.
- Sound knowledge of e-commerce domain, such as Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Third Party Logistics (3PLs), integrating branded content sites, supply chain and fulfillment process, etc.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis, site performance, and business manager concepts in a Data Warehouse environment.
- Expertise in Scrum and working in an agile development environment.
- Good to have quality exposure of web content management systems, like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, Oracle WebCenter Sites (OWCS), etc.
- Proven track record delivering mission-critical, enterprise web applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural development team.
- Self-motivated, driven to achieve committed milestones.
- Strong collaboration skills; ability to mentor and be mentored.
- Experience in managing 70+ resources in a single account or multiple accounts.
