Responsibilities :
- Customer Support, liaising directly with clients.
- Analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements.
- Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
- Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit and module testing.
- Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
- Manage a team of 10-15 Salesforce Dev/admins.
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across all other technology teams boundaries.
- Reporting project status on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to relevant stakeholders.
- Will be required to be on-call/client location/s to provide support on a need-to basis.
- Open to work in a 24x7 work environment.
- Design, develop and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end to end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing)
Skills Required :
- The ideal candidate should have a solid academic foundation to degree level or higher.
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce CRM with end-to-end Implementation Projects.
- Proficiency in configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com applications from scratch.
- Should have expertise in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc..), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities.
- Experience in Salesforce Technologies and modules like - SFDC Lightning, Classic, Integration, etc...
- Should be familiar with General CRM functionalities.
- Should be familiar with Development and Support project life cycle and AGILE/SCRUM.
- Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with Visual force, developing custom business logic in APEX.
- Experience in SQL query writing. Strong relational database background/understanding.
- Must have 4+ yrs of team handling and client management experience.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
- Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Must be able to design solutions and form/drive related plans.
- Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships are essential.
- Proactive thinking with a - Can do- attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 6+ Salesforce.com certifications.
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Ruby on Rails, Heroku or Other Cloud technologies.
