Job Description :
1. Solicitate requirements/transiate funcitonal requirements to technical design/user acceptance testing
2. A BA is needed to conduct Business requirement gathering and translating the requirements into Functional Specs (and deliver through Salesforce CoE).
3. The project is to implement a workflow solution in a Salesforce solution to manage critical spare parts in Deepwater GoM assets.
4. It is important that the candidate has experience/knowledge around Salesforce, domain knowledge around supply chain and plant maintenance.
5. From the "BA" skill perspective, solid requirement gathering, translating business requirements to functional specs, and UAT experience are required.
6. Given the development team is based in India and the business is in the US, it is expected the BA will need to be available to connect for meetings until 9AM Houston time.
7. Candidate should have effective communication skills
