- Liaison with Vendors for continuous improvement initiatives, Vendor evaluation and comparative analysis for strategic implementation

Applications and Systems :

- Functional Knowledge of SFDC, Sales cloud administration, Knowledge of building stories on SAP analytical cloud

- Administration of SAP Concur configuration of Workflows, User Management and daily support

- Functional knowledge of SAP HANA processes in the SD Module

- Manage custom development project

- Ability to Play dual roles of business analyst and project manager for IT projects
