Engineering Manager - Salesforce Development (6-10 yrs) (Radilla Consulting)

Engineering Manager- Salesforce development based in Bangalore, India to Architect, contribute and manage custom development of their Business GPS product built on custom Salesforce Dashboards, embedded Lightning Web Components, Einstein Analytics.

Minimum Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline

- 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience with APEX development expertise and Lightning experience including Lightning Web Components.

- Experience with standard Sales Force databases including SOQL, SOSL

- 5 years of experience in the configuration and custom development for Salesforce product areas.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certification

- Proven experience of leading and managing a team of 10-15 SFDC developers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with the Salesforce product suite and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience in Java, R, JavaScript, and/or other scripting languages.

- Experience with building consensus among cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present to customers as well as management

- Domain knowledge of Sales Force Marketing cloud

- Experience with Cloud infrastructures like Amazon AWS, MS Azure is a plus

Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform

- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and management to identify systems needs, and ensure systems strategy and development are integrated effectively.

- Partner with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with overall architecture standards.

- Work in an Agile environment with a focus on the Salesforce Lightning technology stack

- Create Technical User Stories and tasks for the team and monitor their progress

- Conduct Sprint planning, daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies

- Understand the principles of building managed packages for AppExchange and be familiar with the security requirements and guidelines

- Follow the modern Dev-Ops process using Git and Continuous Integration tools and participate in peer design and code reviews.

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex Salesforce applications

- Hands-on and in-depth experience of configuration and custom development in Salesforce Lightning including the following technologies but not limited to: Apex classes(Synchronous/Asynchronous), triggers and Lightning Components(LWC/Aura), Lightning Design System, Salesforce Lightning security and performance features


- Apex REST and SOAP Web Services, Apex Callouts, Outbound Messaging, Workflows, Lightning Flows and Process Builder, Security implementations.

- Mentor and guide junior SFDC devs in the team and monitor their progress
