Job Description :
The Salesforce CPQ Administrator oversees the delivery of a quote management experience that drives efficiency and ease of use for our Sales colleagues. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our Salesforce CPQ processes and configuration. This resource will work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on current and future process flows.
- Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for Salesforce CPQ and related technologies
- Create and manage Price Rules Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design solutions for complex business use cases.
- Performing hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks
- Own functional tasks and deliverables, including testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement for the Salesforce CPQ application
- Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Conduct hands on training for end users in addition to technical team members
- Ensure project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (Related Technical degree preferred)
- 2+ years working in SaaS business systems for Software developers
- 4+ years administering Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system, and best-practices
- Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
