ROLE BRIEF :
We are looking for experienced Salesforce developers who can work night shifts for one of our US based customers. Incentive in addition to the salary will be paid while working on night shifts.
The associates can work from home while on night shifts.
Mandatory Certification :
- Certified Platform Dev -1, Salesforce Admin
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, LWC to develop required functionality on the Salesforce platform
- Designing and delivering enhancements and new functionality to support the business using the Force.com platform features including: custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, Apex Code and Visualforce.
- Implementation and customization on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud / NPSP
- Salesforce.com related admin responsibilities such as system configuration and data manipulation.
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
- Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers and web services), Visual Force, Lightning, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, LWC
- Experience on one or more of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud / NPSP is Mandatory
- Experience on FSC / Health Cloud will be an advantage
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools)
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async is
Mandatory :
- Experience on data migration is desired
- Experience on production deployments, CI/CD is desirable
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
- Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
- Creating/deploying solutions to end-users
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with business
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
